To qualify as an AUDIA Skincare professional and receive wholesale discounts, you must hold an active esthetic or cosmetology license. Unfortunately, students are not eligible for wholesale discounts. However, students enrolled in beauty school can register for a Student Account, which provides a 25% discount on retail products only (not professional-only products) while they are in school. To set up a student account, students must provide proof of their enrollment.

AUDIA offers a drop ship service for certified professionals. Estheticians should charge and collect the full retail price from their clients, including the shipping fee. To place an order, estheticians must provide AUDIA with the client’s name and shipping address.

The order must be placed using the esthetician’s personal or business credit card. If the card used does not match the account holder, the order will be placed on hold. Once processed, AUDIA ships the product directly to the client, and we do not include an invoice to maintain confidentiality regarding wholesale pricing.

After a peel, it’s important to soothe and hydrate the skin. AUDIA’s Perfect Harmony System is designed to speed up the healing process and deeply hydrate at a cellular level. Follow with a broad-spectrum sunscreen, avoid vigorous activities for 48 hours, and refrain from using exfoliating products for a few days to allow proper healing.

It’s best to avoid makeup for 24-48 hours post-peel to allow your skin to heal and breathe.

After a peel, always use a broad-spectrum sunscreen with at least SPF 30 to protect your newly revealed skin from UV damage.

Shipping & Return Policies

We ship via USPS and UPS. Shipping rates are determined by the system we use, based on the weight and size of the package. This system calculates the most accurate and cost- effective shipping rate for you. While we don’t manually control these rates, we always use the most cost-effective tools available to ensure our customers don’t overpay for shipping.

We strive to process and ship orders within 1-2 business days of receiving an order, though AUDIA Skincare reserves the right to ship within 24 to 72 business hours after receiving your order. Once shipped, packages usually take between 5 to 10 business days to arrive. If your package hasn’t arrived within this timeframe, we will be happy to reship the product and kindly request that the original order be returned to us at our expense. Please note that overnight or second-day air shipping services are not guaranteed by AUDIA Skincare. We only offer services via USPS or UPS and are not responsible if the package does not arrive in a timely manner.

Additionally, if an incorrect or incomplete address is provided to AUDIA Skincare, the customer will be responsible for:

  • Any additional shipping charges to redirect the package through UPS or USPS.
  • An additional shipping fee if the package is returned to AUDIA Skincare and needs to be re-shipped.

AUDIA Skincare offers a wide variety of skincare products and corrective solutions suited for all skin types and conditions. If a client, whether a professional or regular consumer, is not satisfied with a product purchased from AUDIA Skincare, it can be returned for credit or exchange for another product.

  • Please notify us of any dissatisfaction within 14 days of the original purchase, and ensure the product is returned to us within one month.
  • Returned products must be at least 80% full. The client (professional or customer) is responsible for postage or delivery charges for the returned
