After cleansing and toning, apply a very thin layer to the face and neck, avoiding the eye area. Leave on for 5 minutes, then follow with your preferred moisturizer. Use every other evening for the first two weeks. In the subsequent two weeks, apply nightly. After this period, adjust usage based on your skin’s needs, typically three times a week in the evening.
